Concession Requirements

Antonia Baseball and Softball Association plans several activities throughout the year that we encourage teams to participate in.  Money generated from these activities help to maintain the fields and purchase new equipment.

The concession stand is another way for the non profit organization to create revenue to improve the field and keep the registrations costs down. One parent or guardian of a participating child is required to work one day (4 hour shift) at the ABSA concession stand  in support of the association. In the event of a rain-out, it is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to reschedule their date.

  • All must attend one of 3 dates to schedule your work duty. They will be held at the concession stand.
  • In the event of a rainout or cancelation by ABSA you are required to reschedule the date. If you have been rained out or canceled on for 4 dates you will have been considered to have worked. This does not apply when you need to cancel your date.
  • A check, money order or cash will be required for scheduling. Which will be given back after the work is completed.
  • All rescheduling must be done through the concession manager and can be reached by email--  absaconcession@yahoo.com
  • Rescheduling is allowed 10 days prior to your scheduled work duty shift.
  • If you are within the 10 day window rescheduling is not allowed
